Rising Sun Store Policies


1. All prices listed or quoted will be in Canadian dollars.

2. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

3. Prices do not include applicable Federal and / or Provincial taxes.

4. Mail orders may be paid by Visa, M/C, or money order. No personal cheques. No COD orders. No exceptions.

5. Any returns must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns on DVD’s that have been opened unless defective. No returns on uniforms or apparel that has been washed, slept in, trained in, played with the dog, etc. All the latter HAVE occured ! 

6. Manufactured defective items will be exchanged. This does NOT apply to obviously abused product. 

7. Rising Sun offers wholesale pricing to legitimate clubs / instructors. Proof of business license, non profit status, or other documents may be required at the discretion of Rising Sun. Teaching your 2 buds in your basement after watching a DVD does not qualify, so don't ask.
